01 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on tp999 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. tp999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

tp999 is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using tp999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. tp999 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on tp999:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from tp999 or any other gambling platform;
• Individuals who are employees, contractors, agents, or close relatives of tp999 or any Game Provider, unless express written authorization has been granted;
• Individuals currently subject to a PAGCOR-administered exclusion order;
• Individuals accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

03 Account Registration and Maintenance

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create a tp999 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a unique username, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You represent and warrant that all registration information you provide is truthful and that you will keep such information current throughout the term of this Agreement.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on tp999. Opening duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts is strictly prohibited. If tp999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, tp999 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all pending wagers, and permanently forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tp999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You agree to notify tp999 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

tp999 is required to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts. You agree to provide, upon request, a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a selfie taken while holding that identification. KYC completion is a prerequisite for processing withdrawal requests. tp999 may suspend account activity pending satisfactory KYC completion.

3.5 Account Accuracy

You must promptly notify tp999 of any change in your contact details, registered mobile number, or other account information. tp999 shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver communications or process transactions resulting from inaccurate account information provided by you.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). tp999 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction for GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited to your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Processed within minutes for standard amounts under ₱50,000;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank / UnionBank: Processed within 1 business day for verified accounts;
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): Processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on network conditions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) no outstanding bonus wagering requirements may be attached to the withdrawal amount; (c) the requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified Real Money Balance; and (d) tp999 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above applicable high-value thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.5 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. tp999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This requirement protects against fraud and unauthorized fund transfers.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tp999 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry dates. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are binding upon your acceptance of any offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times). Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in real time in your Account dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonus play unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Maximum bet per spin or round during active bonus wagering is ₱500 unless otherwise specified;
• Baccarat Tie, Dragon Tiger Tie, and certain side bets may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution;
• Using bonuses to exploit mathematical advantages in games with lower house edge during bonus play is prohibited;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

tp999 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, and coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms.

5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new tp999 registrants on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a tp999 account under any username or mobile number are not eligible for new player promotional offers.

06 Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on tp999 is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the rules applicable to that game. tp999 shall not be liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Third-Party Game Providers

The majority of games available on tp999 are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers. The outcome of such games is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by real-time physical outcomes in live dealer games. tp999 does not manipulate or intervene in the outcome of any game supplied by a third-party provider.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform outage that affects an active game round, tp999 will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly. Where a round cannot be completed due to a verifiable technical fault attributable to tp999, the affected wager may be voided and refunded to your Real Money Balance. tp999 is not liable for losses attributable to the player's own network or device failures.

6.4 Voided Bets

tp999 reserves the right to void bets and withhold associated payouts in cases where: (a) a bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters resulting from a technical error; (b) a bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement; or (c) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity violations.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tp999 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, forged, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your account;
• Money Laundering: Using tp999 to process, conceal, or legitimize proceeds of illegal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment reversals ("chargebacks") in relation to any tp999 deposit;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other automated tools to play games or exploit platform functionality;
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to tp999 systems, other player accounts, or platform infrastructure;
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register, play, or facilitate gambling for any person under 21 years of age;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies in odds across platforms in a manner that circumvents tp999's promotion or pricing policies.

08 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Commitment

tp999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and to use our responsible gaming resources proactively.

8.2 Available Tools

8.3 Self-Exclusion Policy

A self-exclusion request is irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period. tp999 will not lift, shorten, or otherwise circumvent a self-exclusion under any circumstances, including direct requests from the excluded player. Upon receiving a valid self-exclusion request, tp999 will: close the account to gaming activity within one business hour; withhold all promotional communications for the exclusion period; and arrange return of any eligible real money balance upon verification.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the tp999 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, and text, is the intellectual property of tp999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the tp999 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of tp999. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tp999's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.

tp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account; (c) failure or interruption of third-party services, including payment processors and Game Providers; or (d) any other matter relating to the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

The tp999 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

tp999 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the tp999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tp999 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third parties strictly where necessary for platform operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or payment processing.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 tp999 Right to Suspend

tp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, without prior notice where circumstances require, if: (a) the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) tp999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) regulatory requirements mandate account restriction.

12.2 Balance on Termination

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Real Money Balance will be held and returned upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, unless the balance is determined to be proceeds of prohibited conduct, in which case tp999 may withhold and report such funds to the appropriate authorities.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tp999 support. Upon verification of your identity, tp999 will close your account and arrange for the return of your eligible Real Money Balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding your account, a transaction, game outcome, bonus settlement, or any other matter relating to your use of tp999, you must first submit a formal complaint to tp999 support at [email protected], providing your registered username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. tp999 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

13.2 Good Faith Negotiation

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through tp999's internal complaints process before pursuing any formal legal remedy. The vast majority of player concerns at tp999 are resolved at the support level without escalation.

13.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute arising from your use of tp999 must be submitted within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted outside this limitation period may be declined at tp999's discretion.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tp999's internal dispute resolution process.

tp999 operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Philippine law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

tp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the tp999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
